 Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All course materials provided by Aqua Pros are the intellectual property of the aqua pro's except ICAR-Ecouses (we don't claim on it and we use it fr educational purpose free of cost) and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

• Student Work: Any work submitted by students as part of their coursework remains their property but may be used by Aqua Pros for promotional or educational purposes with the student’s consent.

Data Privacy policy

• Data Collection: Aqua Pros collects personal data only for the purposes of enrollment, payment processing, and course delivery.

• Data Protection: We employ industry-standard measures to protect student data from unauthorized access or breaches.

• Third-Party Sharing: Student data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

Aqua pros reserve the right to cancel students' subscription to the course in case they are not found in line to the aqua pros term and condition.

All the courses containing video and study noted that are the sole property of aqua pros and any is not allowed to share it without our permission.
